The shoes are really stiff compared to regular tennis shoes. I like to be able to slip my shoes on and off, and with these it's a little hard to do. Hoping the stiffness wears off a little.I am a waitress at a diner and am often running in and out of a wet kitchen carrying heavy trays. I was slipping and sliding in my sneakers and decided to purchase these. I am so happy I decided to wait for the restock. The blue is so pretty and vibrant and I have received lots of compliments. I don't even hesitate to walk through a spill or directly after mopping. The non-slip treads are so effective that I haven't slid since I started wearing them. I cannot tell the sneakers have an aluminum toe just by wearing them, they are not restrictive or rigid at all. I accidentally wore the shoes to the gym after a shift and the structured foam was very comfortable to lift in. The shoes are ridiculously comfortable and supportive, I have slightly collapsed arches and they are the perfect mix of structured, supportive, and comfortable. I feel very bouncy and springy wearing them and I am a huge comfort-snob when it comes to sneakers. Fit is true-to-size.It comes unsee and is heavyHave worn these for 5 days now, and the nonslip is wonderful. However, these shoes are very uncomfortable. They have given me bad blisters on the sides of my heals and make my feet ache. I do not have sensitive feet, and almost never have problems with any type of footwear. I am very bummed out by this because the shoes look great and the size fits very well. I work as a chef with long hours and cannot have my feet hurting. Also, a coworker of mine said she had purchased the same shoe and had the same problems.
