These shoes are really cute. However, they are made with a bit of a low quality material, but at the same time for the price they are well stitched/glued. I needed these shoes for a special event. I was in a bad auto accident putting me on a walker and unable to wear heels. Since I wanted something cute and fun, to at least feel better about having to wear flats, I ordered these. When I tried them on, one shoe would slip off my heel while the other one was perfect. So I ordered a new pair due to uneven fit of the pair i received and was planning to send back the uneven pair. I ended up canceling that order since these shoes were more of a casual shoe and not dressy enough for what I needed and made other arrangements for shoes. When I sent back the first pair I noticed the shoe that wouldn't stay on my heel, when i tried it on, there was one of those heel grips taped to it from the previous buyer. I think that if I had taken it off it would of fit. I still sent back due to financial reasons and because it felt odd knowing someone already taped the heel grip before i received them. Otherwise I think I would of kept for casual days.Really well made shoe the heel is a little though but that was expected. It came with a little heel liner to help with the rigid heel. Really cute bow detail. It is not as dark as it appears in the product picture but still a really cute shoe will enjoy wearing it. I typically wear a 9.5 or 10. Bought a 10 and it fits perfectly. My feet are narrow.These are very cute. They come with heel guards; that should have been my first clue! After 2 hours of wear, they still looked cute, but my heels were bleeding. They’re comfortable in the sole and toe-bed, but be prepared for a possible heel pinch.Such cute flats! I was surprised at how great quality these shoes are and they fit perfectly! I also love the blue suede color since they are so versatile and you can wear them for so many different occasions and seasons. I also love the fringe ties on the back since they give them a little extra detail. Would definitely recommend!These shoes are so cute! They are suede so you can wear them all year. Perfect to dress up or down. Do not do like I did and order your size, they run small and tell you they do, so size up. Anyways, they are cute, comfortable, well cushioned inside, true to size (9), soft leather (it just might stretch) and it was not expensive.I bought them to wear to work on causal dress down days. The tassel adds a little touch in the back, which I like! When the shoes came and I tried them on they were a tight fit and I thought, "Wow! I'm gonna have to return these beautiful shoes". I was a little disappointed. Then I noticed that the size I needed wasn't available anymore. Sooooo...I was determined to stretch these shoes to fit me. I used the freezer method with water bags and that worked a little bit. Then I wore them around the house for a couple hours at a time. When it came time for me to wear them outside it felt like my toes were gonna fall off. I only wore them for a couple hours. I'm still determined they are gonna stretch out and all will be fine (Ha, Ha, Ha). I'm just not gonna wear them for more than a few hours at a time.Only issue is that tassels can come off easier than expected. Be careful when removing protective covering on tassels too.Love the shoes!! Classy. Comfortable.I received the shoes - they were pretty but too small. I asked for a refund which they agreed to, but when i sent it back with all the labels printed and everything in tact, I had it sent back to me saying there was no invoice. I have no invoice! I've emailed the seller twice and not heard anything back!! So annoying because I actually wanted to buy the bigger size. But out of principle I will not now, because of their poor customer service!
