These have been great. I am the general manager at a busy diner with slippery floors, and I wanted a shoe that was comfortable, not bulky and chunky like clogs, affordable and non slip. These fit the bill in all aspects. I am usually an 8.5 -9 and i ordered 9. They fit perfectly and i have been wearing them for a few months now with no complaints.
